Our handling of your personal data, according to GDPR
In order to legally be entiteled to send our newsletters and occasional postal mailings, we shall continue to store and process your name, address and e-mail address until you unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter or send a corresponding email. The deregistration causes the deletion of your data. A correction of your data will gladly be carried out on the basis of your communication.
Each newsletter contains your name and email address; therefore a separate information process is not necessary and not provided. Your data will not be used for any purpose other than those mentioned above and will not be disclosed to third parties.
The person responsible for the processing is Walter Riemer; he can be reached as pointed out on the imprint; the substitute is Dora Riemer, available in the same way; Data Protection Officer is Walter Riemer, available as above. From May 2018 on, only data from people or institutions who have submitted consent statements by e-mail (these are also stored by us) are present in our system . In accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation), this constitutes the legal basis for the storage and processing referred to in the first paragraph.
